Welcome to Dig PDX! I'm Bettie, the founder who brought this unique space to life in December 2023. Fueled by a passion for creating an indoor sensory haven for young children, the idea of incorporating sand emerged.

Considering the rough Pacific Northwest weather, I envisioned a space where kids could immerse themselves in the world of construction vehicles, inspired by my younger son's fascination with dump trucks and large vehicles.

I carefully designed the space with parents in mind, featuring a relaxing lounge area where you can unwind with a drink while your little ones embark on their exciting adventures.

In addition to Dig PDX, back in 2021, I opened LEKA Playland—a beautiful, high-end indoor play space specifically designed for toddlers. If you appreciate Scandinavian design, wooden toys, and a calming environment crafted for little hands, LEKA is the perfect destination.
