Walk-ins & Reservations

We do walk-ins Monday-Friday and Sundays, but during holidays and busy times like school breaks, we may offer reservations—check our ticket page for updates!

On our walk-in days, from 9 AM - 11 AM are usually our busiest times. If your schedule is flexible, we suggest planning an afternoon visit. If we do we reach capacity, we’ll open up a waitlist.

What does hitting capacity mean?

It means we’re "full" and can’t allow any additional kids to play at that moment. While our facility is quite large, we don’t want to pack the sandboxes full of kids—we limit the number of kids so that it is a safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone!

It’s all done via text! Just enter your party size and phone number below. Once you're on the list, you can:
